Refund policy

We want you to feel good in Nũro wear. If something isn’t right, please email us at info@nurowear.com before filling out any forms — we’ll help you out.

• Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition (no zebra stampedes, please)

• We cover return postage and sending out exchanges

• Delivery costs and any import duties/customs fees aren’t refundable

 

If you received Nũro wear as a gift and it doesn’t quite fit, you can exchange it for another size or item credit. Refunds can only be sent to the original buyer.

 

Please return items from the same country they were delivered to.
