Free shipping across Europe

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within our European delivery area. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Delivery times

Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 working days, depending on your destination. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to busy periods, public holidays, customs checks or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. PostNL will keep you updated on your parcel’s journey and, where available, offer options to redirect or reschedule your delivery.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel if a signature is required.

Customs & import charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, depending on the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & missing parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, get in touch with us and we’ll help you figure out what happened.
